The Qantas Airways Boeing 747-238B VH-ECB 'City of Swan Hill' arrived at Sydney (Kingsford Smith) having completed its delivery flight / first revenue service from the United States (San Francisco) as Flight QF4. It was the airline's 52nd Boeing airliner and its 18th Boeing 747.

The Qantas Airways Airbus A380-842 VH-OQA 'Nancy-Bird Walton' was ferried from the United States (Los Angeles) to Abu Dhabi via London (Heathrow) as Flight QF6011, where a major overhaul and a cabin seating upgrade was carried out, following the aircraft's removal from storage at Victorville due to the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. The aircraft does not return to service until April 2024.
