The aircraft was badly damaged when an oxygen cylinder ruptured in the forward cargo hold - July 25, 2008

It was operating service Hong Kong - Melbourne (Tullamarine) as QF30

The incident occured whilst the aircraft was cruising at 29,000 feet and some 55 minutes into the flight

Following the rapid depressurisation of the cabin it descended and diverted to Manila International Airport

No injuries were sustained by the 3 flight crew, 16 cabin crew and 350 passengers on board

It was repaired and returned to service

After about 1 hour into the flight the aircraft returned to the United Kingdom due to technical issues

It landed at London (Stansted - 18:30 local) as Luton was already closed

Ferried London (Stansted) - Cambridge (Luton) - July 29, 2017

Departed Cambridge (Luton - 16:58 local) on the ferry flight to Nigeria (Kano) - August 04, 2017

Nearing Barcelona the aircraft returned to the United Kingdom due to technical issues

It landed at London (Stansted - 20:09 local) as Luton was already closed

Ferried Gander (Newfoundland) - Marana (Pinal Airpark) - August 11, 2017
