Background Information.

This section of the 'AussieAirliners' website deals with the histories of the individual aircraft that have been operated over the years by both Australian and New Zealand airlines.

I have included the histories of the New Zealand operated aircraft because of the close association that has existed between the airlines in both countries.

The historical information pertaining to the individual airframes has been obtained from a variety of sources. Although all due care has been taken in compiling this information, some data may be incorrect or incomplete. If you are able to provide additional information, images or advise on omissions your contribution would be most welcome.

The listings on the left will take you to the relevant aircraft type register. Inside each register you will find the registration listings, in alphabetical order. As this is a 'work-in-progress' you may find gaps. I will endeavour to fill these gaps as and when possible, but as it has been said many times before: 'Rome was not build in a day.'

On the front page of the website you will find a listing for the individual airlines. This section has been established to allow you to quickly navigate to the history of the aircraft operated by said airline.

The images depicted on this website are covered by Copyright. Downloading any image from this website is illegal. I have watermarked the images due to the continual illegal downloading of said images by people who have no respect for this intellectual property and its correct useage.
