Ownership of the Qantas Empire Airways Short S.23 'C' Class Empire Flying Boat VH-ABD 'Corio' was officially transferred to Imperial Airways of London, in exchange for their Short S.23 'C' Class boat G-ADUT which was currently positioned in Australia. It was reregistered as G-AEUH on October 19.
